We manufacture weldments for boilers, steam turbines and gas turbines for power plants, wind force machinery and various components welded and fabricated for chemical plants, industrial machinery and other various metal products.
For manufacturing these products, we carry out computer-aided digital product description work, cutting work by laser beam and plasma-arc cutting machines, bending work by use of various presses, bending rollers, pipe benders, etc. welding and fabricating work of high efficiency and high quality by use of robots and other welding machines.
In particular, as to welding skills, we have qualification certificates which prove that our welding skills meet the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) and various codes or regulations established by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), domestic and foreign classification societies, etc. |
